Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Interaction:
Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

2. Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
Assist with billing and insurance processing.

3. Coordination:
Coordinate with clinicians to ensure seamless patient care.
Communicate effectively with clients and healthcare providers.

4. Promotion of Services:
Inform patients about the available medical services and promotions.
Handle patient feedback and work on service improvements.

Requirements:
职位要求:
1. Education and Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
