Current Opportunities

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our business in Singapore and secondarily – across the Asean region. We have traditionally grown organically through the referrals of our satisfied clients – be it individuals or corporations. Expanding needs of our clients exist have propelled us to be in Singapore but we need to scale up to solidify our presence in the market.

Requirements:

  1. Connections into the expatriate community; specifically, the international schools in Singapore.
  2. Resourceful in identifying clients and the ability to ascertain the rightful stakeholders for effective business development; and seek out access.
  3. Determine and tenacious to make cold calls.
  4. Professional fluency in English.
  5. Independence and motivated.
  6. Team player with an initiative to provide feedback to management.
  7. Willingness to work with remote support teams across different geography.

Role

  1. The successful candidate will drive growth in the Singapore market as a priority.
  2. Demonstrated success in Singapore will allow the individual to expand his/her role in the organization to lead business development across other countries in Asean if that is desired.
  3. Building a team to achieve business development goal if revenue justifies the expansion.

We are looking for experienced Psychologist and Mental Health Therapist to support the growth of our business in Singapore. We have traditionally grown organically through the referrals of our satisfied clients – be it individuals or corporations. Expanding needs of our existing clients have propelled us to be in Singapore and we need to staff up our clinical team to assure our clients of the quality that they have come to associate with us.

Requirements

  1. Graduated from recognized university, with higher professional qualification in at least one mental health discipline; that is, psychology or other relevant behavioral science at the graduate or postgraduate level.
  2. Practice as a Psychologist or trained counselor in either a hospital or community setting in Psychotherapy and Counseling skills
  3. Ability to deliver a high standard of psychological health care; and undertake clinical consultations; providing a high level of customer service to patients.
  4. Compliant and uphold our standards for mental health care.

Role

  1. The successful applicant will become part of our founding team of clinicians based in Singapore.
  2. This Singapore-based team will be initially supervised by our Chief Clinician who is currently based in another country; in order to standardize our practice and alignment of approach.
  3. As we grow the team; a local lead clinician will be appointed from this group of founding clinicians.

  1. Adept start-up-mind practioner who is familiar with China labour laws and contract.
  2. Practioner who is familiar with Singapore labour laws and contract and can be effective in the Asean region.
  3. Professional fluency in English and Chinese.
  4. Independent, motivated and has a management mind..
  5. Team player with an initiative to provide feedback to management.
  6. Willingness to work with remote support teams across different geography.
