Background & Experience

Yuchen graduated from the College of William and Mary, USA, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Philosophy and an M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He is also a Canadian Certified Counselor (C.C.C).

He has worked in diverse mental health settings, including addiction treatment centers, LGBT centers, family and youth service centers, and Raffles Medical Group.

His professional experience spans working with teenagers, adults, families, sexual minorities, and other cross-cultural groups, providing culturally sensitive and inclusive mental health care.
