Claudine is a Fullbright Scholar and a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Traumatologist. She has over two decades of expertise in clinical psychology, with specialised training in traumatology and post-traumatic disorders. She also has extensive experience leading workshops and seminars at international schools, embassies, and corporate organisations across the world. Her vast experience extends to workplace crisis, resolving conflicts, and leading seminars and training.

Before migrating to Asia, Claudine was Director for one of the leading counseling centers in Jamaica; attached to Mico University College, where she was a senior psychology lecturer. She also served as head of mental health for International SOS in Beijing.
