Nandini is a counsellor, mindfulness trainer, coach, and educator, as well as a positive psychology practitioner. She works with individuals of diverse nationalities, ages, and genders across a variety of presenting mental health concerns. Her clients include young adults, teenagers, children, parents, educators, caregivers, and professionals.
Nandini uses a flexible, integrated, and person-centered approach using suitable techniques from Solution-Focussed Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), therapeutic storytelling, mindfulness and positive psychology interventions, and elements of Narrative Therapy.
Nandini holds a Master of Counselling degree from Monash University (Australia) and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology. She has been trained in CCTS-I (Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist), motivational interviewing, therapeutic storytelling, and a wide range of mindfulness and meditation practices.
